Application Support Analyst

  £22K to £30K depending on experience

360CRM are offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to a young, dynamic, and innovative company.  We have an impressive track record of delivering business process improvement through technology within the NHS.  Our appointment reminder service Chronos is the UK market leader for NHS hospitals and we have a raft of exciting new products and services ready to take to market.  This role is critical in ensuring that we successfully support our current and constantly expanding client base. 

 You will be responsible for delivering new implementations, supporting existing clients and maintaining 360CRM internal systems.

The Chronos communications platform is a sophisticated orchestration of leading edge web service, database and telephony technologies.  We are looking for a talented ICT professional, who understands and enjoys using and learning a wide variety of technologies.  Working to strict deadlines and in close partnership with colleagues and clients you will have strong communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality work on time.

Working hours: 12 noon – 8pm

Client Manager

This Client Manager role will involve coordinating new client implementations and managing on-going relationships with existing clients within the NHS Trust client base. You will be working closely with IT and Operations to enable smooth set-up of new clients and ensure existing clients receive exceptional service.  Our ideal candidate will have experience in Project Management and managing customer relationships in a dynamic environment.  We would also welcome applications from recent graduates who enjoy working with technology and analysing data.

You will have a proven track record of managing projects, identifying client requirements, coordinating tasks, working across IT and Operational areas, communicating with clients, and you will be a be a self-starter.We are looking for a disciplined, ambitious professional who demonstrates strong communication skills, highly numerate, very comfortable with Ms Excel , is focused on meeting deadlines, and is self- motivated and positive.

Job description

  • Project Management of new implementations:
  • Minimal face to face meetings; the majority of work is done via the telephone.
  • External project management to clients;
  • Liaising with key management personnel at client sites (operations, information governance, senior management)
  • Coordinating internal team to follow up on client requirements
  • Providing user training on the functional activities
  • Creating and maintaining user documentation
  • Daily monitoring of activities
  • Manage client relationships
  • Ensure all client queries are progressed effectively
  • Ensure clients make best use of the Chronos Reminder service
  • Provide focus of client activity to Senior Management;

Working hours: 9am - 5:30 pm
