She was a First Vice President of HSBC Bank for 20 years, Implementation Leader at Life Technologies and Senior Project Manager at Eaton Corporation. Susan provides the Operational support to 360CRM She has a PhD in Organisational Management from the SUNY at Buffalo, USA ,is a certified Change Manager and trained in Six Sigma.
David Brazier - IT Director
David has been at the leading edge of information systems design and delivery in the NHS for over fifteen years. With a degree in Maths from Oxford University and an MSc in Advanced IT from Imperial College London, David ensures 360CRM's infrastructure and applications are robust, scalable and as easy to use as possible.
