360CRM and the Chronos Appointment Reminder Service are certified to ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards in three key areas - Information Security, Environmental Responsibility and Quality Management.  These underpin the commitment to provide a secure, high quality and environmentally aware service. Certification is by the SGS Group - a world leading testing and certification company - and company processes and policies undergo audits to ensure that the high standards required continue to be met.

ISO 27999:2008 - Healthcare Informatics

ISO 27001:2005 - Information Security

The Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) standard deals with the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information; areas considered include security policy, asset management and incident management. ISO 14001:2004 - Environmental Management 

The Environmental Responsibility standard concerns the reduction of the environmental impact of daily operations; areas considered include compliance with environmental legislation, prevention of pollution and the minimisation of energy and resource usage.
